Prerequisites

When delivering a single media item, you must first upload it into Connect and make sure it is in Ingest completed status.

Workflow

To deliver a single media item, perform the following steps:

1. Open the Media Items menu and select the file you want to deliver to a platform. The media item details page is displayed.

   

2. Navigate to the Deliveries tab and select New Delivery. The Deliver File modal is displayed.

   

3. Enter a relevant name and select the platform to which you want to deliver the file. Note that you can only select from the platforms configured on your organizations.

4. Select Submit. The delivery workflow starts. You can view each task to check the progress status.
